Important Information for the Community.
Our community has experienced rapid growth, bringing both positive results and significant challenges. About a year and a half ago, the team faced a difficult situation without a simple solution. Focusing only on recovering legacy user accounts would slow down future growth, while moving entirely to new projects would mean abandoning past obligations. Neither option was acceptable.
To address this, the team created a new ecosystem, launched on March 26 alongside the start of V-Academy. This ecosystem operates with a modern passport system that is not compatible with legacy programs.
However, the legacy programs are not being abandoned. To balance past obligations with future growth, operations have been separated into several directions.
Ecosystem Separation

A separate direction that includes brands such as:
- Holilvita
- Holiguards
- Holiguard Fire
These focus on:
- Medtech
- Physical self-enhancement
- Entertainment such as films and comics
This universe is completely separate from the Web3 direction.
🕣2. Web3 Direction.
The Web3 direction is now divided into two major systems:
Vistory
- Focused on new programs
- Not fully dependent on blockchain technology
- Uses a passport-based system
- Upcoming programs include: V-Boost, Guru Fun, A new DEX, Various additional tools
T&S Ecosystem
- A fully decentralized ecosystem
- Both ideologically and technologically decentralized
- Includes programs such as: Royalty NFT, Other NFTs, Uniteverse, W-DEX, Token cashback programs, Previously developed programs that will be restored.
It is important to note that programs within Vistory and T&S are not compatible, as they were originally built for different architectures.
Role of Meta Whale.
The Meta Whale brand will remain as a dedicated platform for handling legacy requests, including: TR, NFT Royalty, Bitforce, other legacy issues
Discussions related to legacy matters will be separated from T&S chats so that the new ecosystem can develop without disruption.
CES Token.
Both ecosystems, Vistory and T&S, share one common element: the CES token. The team will soon reveal how the CES tokenomics will be strengthened, although the details remain confidential for now.
